Role Description PSCU is seeking a driven and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent you will be responsible for handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Role Description Ningbo Generic Chemical, a Chinese agrochemical manufacturer, is seeking the first commercial professional in Brazil to lead the transition from a B2B export model to a B2C commercial strategy. - Develop the local B2C market, introducing Ningbo Generic Chemical's agrochemical portfolio directly to large-scale farmers and strategic distributors. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from active prospecting (Hunter Profile) to deal closure and post-sales support. - Manage and achieve the annual sales targets established for the region. - Conduct commercial negotiations within the company's pricing policy, reporting and aligning directly with the headquarters in China. - Travel frequently for field visits and to build closer relationships with clients. - Structure and lead the country's future commercial team as operations consolidate and results expand.
