Job Requirements
- Experiência comprovada em liderança de times multidisciplinares de marketing.
- Vivência em estratégia de aquisição de clientes em empresas B2B ou SaaS — com domínio da visão integrada dos canais.
- Experiência com acompanhamento de métricas de receita e crescimento.
- Perfil de liderança que desenvolve pessoas: histórico de feedbacks, 1:1s e acompanhamento de carreira do time.
- Comunicação clara, objetiva e respeitosa.
- Capacidade de construir e acompanhar forecasts de metas e investimento.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing.
- Domínio de Google Sheets ou Excel para acompanhamento de resultados.
- Graduação completa em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
