• End-to-end responsibility for all marketing activities — from paid acquisition (Meta) through creating and optimizing landing pages to CRM and lifecycle campaigns • Conducting customer research via regular interviews and qualitative feedback to refine product positioning, messaging and growth priorities in a very early beta stage • Running continuous growth experiments across new channels, creative formats and AI-supported workflows, with full ownership of marketing KPIs such as cost per install, funnel conversion and activation rates • Marketing performance reporting and budget management including campaign analysis, forecasting and data-driven recommendations in close collaboration with the Product & Business Lead, the CMO and the founder
Job Requirements
- Several years of hands-on growth marketing experience for a digital B2C product in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, ideally as a founding marketer or the first marketing hire
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns (especially Meta) as well as CRM/lifecycle campaigns, combined with strong analytical skills and a natural sense for brand and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude
- Native-level German and fluent English; experience with app marketing, influencer marketing or SEA is a plus

• Own and manage traffic acquisition on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat, from hypothesis testing to scaling • Scale the Social direction within defined KPIs (Spend/CPA/ROI/ROAS) • Build and execute a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance • Build A/B test structures and scaling rules and criteria for campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI on a daily basis • Work closely with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate new hypotheses tailored to each channel's needs • Analyze and optimize campaigns based on data (AppsFlyer, Tableau), identifying growth opportunities and risks • Collaborate directly with network partners (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat) on testing new features, participating in betas, and handling moderation-related communication
