Role Description Netchex is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for India to join our innovative Human Resources team in a full-time remote capacity. Responsibilities - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. - Source and engage candidates through various recruitment channels. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Utilize data-driven metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions relevant to talent acquisition. - Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and organizations. Requirements - Extensive experience with hiring in the India market - including but not limited to experience in technology and sales recruiting within India. - Lives in India. - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles. - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and assessment methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders within the organization. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
