Group Product Manager, Product Solutions
UnframeUnframe is redefining how enterprises adopt and operationalize AI. We help organizations deploy secure, scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Fresh out of stealth with a $50M Series A from Bessemer, Craft, TLV Partners. Led by a multi-time founder and backed by real market momentum. Our platform is LLM-agnostic, integrates with any data source, and delivers fully customized AI applications through a unique Blueprint-led approach. We’re building the future of AI infrastructure, and we’re doing it fast.
Role Description We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. Working directly with customers, you'll deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from first idea to deployed solution. This role is based on the US East Coast. What you’ll do - Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers. - Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve (the use case with the clearest ROI) and define the success metrics before building. - Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined. - Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope. - Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements. - Support your PMs in the day-to-day of running their solutions across different customers: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock them so product implementations and solutions push forward. - Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking. - Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team. - Mentor and develop your PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Qualifications - Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required). - 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments. - Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making. - Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production. - Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale. - Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers. Why join us This isn't a typical product role. You won't inherit a roadmap. Every engagement starts with a real enterprise customer and a real problem. The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front. Then you take it from first idea to a deployed solution. You'll work in a true 0→1 environment, shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. From day one you'll have real ownership: shaping direction, making the product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
