• Own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion. • Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution at scale. • Orchestrate stakeholders. Manage alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations. • Define and measure success: track adoption, usage, and business impact to demonstrate value. • Lead enablement and training sessions that help customers operationalize Unframe’s AI solutions. • Ensure project velocity. Coordinate between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions) to keep deployments on time and on scope. • Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps that AI can solve. • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape Unframe’s product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their workflows, challenges, and goals. • Translate complex customer needs into clear, structured AI solution plans using Unframe’s platform. • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists. • Write detailed product specs and define prompt/context structures that drive solution behavior. • Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact when making product decisions. • Identify repeatable patterns and collaborate with the Platform team to improve and scale reusable capabilities. • Act as the voice of the user throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Activate existing partners and create near-term opportunities through co-sell motions, joint accounts, and targeted use cases. • Define Global Partnerships Strategy: Prioritize across SIs, hyperscalers, and channel partners, alliances, and more, focusing on where Unframe can win and generate pipeline quickly, while laying the groundwork for long-term strategy. • Recruit and Activate Strategic Partners: Identify and close high-impact partnerships while ensuring they produce pipeline and ultimately revenue. • Develop/Enable Repeatable Co-Sell Motions: Build partner-specific plays tied to high-impact use cases and enterprise entry points aligned to their needs. • Scale the Function: Hire and lead a partnerships team, defining structure, metrics, and performance standards. • Drive Revenue: Drive pipeline generation and closed revenue through partner-led and partner-influenced deals. • Partner Cross-Functionally: Align closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps on pipeline, POCs, and partner attribution. • Travel Frequently: Represent Unframe in partner and customer meetings and industry events (30–40%).

This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. Role Description Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. - Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US. - Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates. - Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans. - Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage. - Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates. - Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment. • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by enterprise customers, owning the issue from triage to resolution. • Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and dig into system behavior to identify root causes before escalating to Engineering. • Use AI tools actively as part of your investigation workflow, to speed up analysis, understand unfamiliar parts of the product, and document findings. • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout the support process. • Document issues, solutions, and recurring patterns to build institutional knowledge across a growing set of customer solutions. • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks that help the team handle new solutions faster. • Share customer feedback and product insights with the Product team.
