As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management , you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering digital products that power Scout's Aftersales ecosystem. What you’ll bring - 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise-scale products and platforms. - 3+ years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers or cross-functional product teams. - Experience in leading 0-to-1 product development initiatives and launching new digital platforms in environments with evolving requirements and limited precedent. - Experience managing multiple products or product portfolios simultaneously. - Direct to consumer aftersales experience is a plus. - Automotive, mobility, or enterprise service operations experience strongly preferred. Technical Expertise - Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies. - Demonstrated success delivering digital platforms supporting Aftersales, Service Operations, Warranty, Parts or other enterprise business functions. Role Description As a Staff Product Manager , you will take on complex, ambiguous problems and address them by developing and launching internal tools to support operations now through post-SOP. What you’ll do Within the production environment, you will contribute to the manufacturing and testing of prototypes featuring the pioneering Scout design and functionalities. Additionally, you will play a decisive role in transferring the lessons learned to the later pre-series and series production line. In your role you will report to the Planning Manager, Pilot Hall. Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: - Organize Pilot Hall meetings (prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes), including organizing and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams to review progress, address challenges, and drive alignment and implementation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. - Maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. - Scheduling and controlling the vehicle build. - Tracking Issues from Quality Checks, drive resolutions and closeout issues - Cost and budget tracking - Managing escalation processes for parts availability and initiation of technical solutions as well as acceptance processes for deviating build-ins - Reporting and cross-departmental coordination on the vehicle build status - Represent the group externally and be the single source of truth to the rest of the business. Location & Travel Expectations: - This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina. - This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. - Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Working knowledge of Vehicle Manufacturing processes and Project Management Skills. - Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration at all levels; ability to develop effective partnerships and relationships. - Creative and strategic problem solver who exercises sound judgment. - Proficient communication skills - Proficient dashboard/report creation, data mining/mapping, and analytics tool skills. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, power BI, Advanced Excel preferred. - Experience with Automotive Manufacturing preferred. Role Description Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: - Help design, develop, maintain, and release our iOS applications. - Drive the technical architecture and implementation of mobile platform and solutions from the ground up, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performant. - Grow the knowledge of the team, sharing through pair programming, code reviews, presentations, example code, and documentation. - Implement programming best practices, deployment processes and monitoring for mobile platforms. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques as appropriate.
