Role Description As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive product adoption, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth. You will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, oversee product launch activities, develop compelling technical content, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize market impact. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and GTM strategies for product launches, including setting timelines and identifying target audiences aligned with the company’s business objectives. - Produce scientifically accurate and compelling marketing materials, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and videos, to engage technical audiences through alignment with internal technical teams and product managers. - Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and public relations, to generate leads and build brand awareness. - Establish KPIs and utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies. - Utilize digital tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to promote products and engage with audiences effectively. - Manage events, owning the events calendar and executing to ensure representation of products and services at trade shows, conferences, and scientific symposia. - Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels, strengthening the company’s presence in the synthetic biology space. - Align with Product Management to ensure product marketing messaging is aligned with findings from competitor analyses and unmet customer needs. - Work with product managers to create and distribute sales tools towards sales enablement. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in biotechnology, life sciences, or a related technical field. - Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches. - Ability to create compelling scientific and technical marketing content for diverse audiences. - Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and public relations. - Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing metrics and data to optimize performance and report results. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Technical teams to develop product messaging and sales enablement materials. - Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent English communication skills required; native-level proficiency preferred.
