Job Description

Associate Director, Paid Search, Feeds & Shopping

S4 Capital Group

• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for a portfolio of commerce-driven clients, with Shopping, Performance Max, and standard search working as one system. • Treat feed optimization as a core discipline: audit, restructure, and continuously improve product feeds (titles, attributes, GTINs, custom labels, supplemental feeds) to maximize coverage, relevance, and ROAS. • Participate in new business pitches. • Architect campaign and feed segmentation strategies that give buyers control inside increasingly automated, AI-driven products. • Partner with clients and internal teams on the full shopping experience — landing pages, PDP quality, merchant feed health, promotions, and conversion tracking — so media spend lands on a page that converts. • Set the measurement frame: ROAS, new-customer acquisition, margin-aware bidding, incrementality, and feed-level performance diagnostics. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of search and feed specialists; raise the bar on QA, hygiene, and documentation. • Stay ahead of platform changes — Performance Max evolution, AI Max, retail media adjacencies, and the shift toward signal- and feed-driven buying — and translate it into client roadmaps. • Act as a senior point of contact for clients: present strategy, defend recommendations with data, and build trust.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in paid search / performance media, with deep, demonstrable experience in Shopping and feed-driven campaigns at meaningful spend.
  • Genuine feed fluency — you've worked directly with Merchant Center, feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Versafeed, Productsup, or similar), and know how feed structure drives auction outcomes.
  • Strong command of Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, search) and ideally Microsoft Advertising and retail media platforms.
  • A commerce mindset: comfort with margin, AOV, LTV, and the mechanics of how a feed connects to a storefront.
  • Experience leading people and owning client relationships at a senior level, ideally in an agency or managed-service environment.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to make complex feed/search strategy legible to non-specialist stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Excellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance - more about our coverage here!
  • Generous PTO and 15 company-wide holidays
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Paid parental leave
  • Work-life balance with an emphasis on personal well-being
  • Career growth in a disruptor space & entrepreneurial opportunities within the Monks network
  • A globally diverse & inclusive culture with employee resource groups such as S4 Melanin, Pride.Monks, Cultura.Monks, and more!
  • Authentic commitment to DEI efforts and sustainable growth.

Role Description Osome's Performance Marketing team owns the paid growth engine behind our incorporation, accounting, and corporate secretarial services across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be the hands-on operator behind that engine - setting up, running, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other paid channels every single day. You'll report to our Performance Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day execution, testing, and budget pacing. This is a role for someone who has deep knowledge in the platforms - building campaigns, reading the data, and making the next optimization call - while still being able to explain the "why" behind performance to non-specialist stakeholders. Responsibilities (how we will measure success): - Campaign Performance: Consistently hit or beat CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets across all managed paid channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, Quora, and X. - Launch Velocity: New campaigns, markets, and segments go live on time, with tracking and creative in place before spend starts. - Conversion Improvement: Landing page and creative tests translate into measurably better conversion rates and lead quality over time. - Budget Discipline: Monthly spend paces accurately against plan, with overspend or underspend flagged early enough to act on. - Experimentation Cadence: A steady pipeline of structured tests (audience, creative, bidding) produces clear, actionable learnings each month. - Stakeholder Confidence: Sales, product, and leadership have clear, timely visibility into paid performance and can trust the numbers behind it. Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis): - Campaign execution: Set up and launch campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Display, Video, Demand Gen, etc.), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, X (Twitter), and display/programmatic platforms; implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding. - Ongoing optimisation: Run daily/weekly performance checks, adjust bids and budgets, and refine audiences and creative to improve performance. - Creative & landing coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to iterate ad creatives and landing pages; recommend landing page tests to improve conversion rates. - Testing & experimentation: Plan and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies. - Budget management: Monitor pacing against monthly budgets, reallocate spend based on performance, and flag overspend or underspend early. - Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) and support client/partner calls as needed. We do not discriminate based upon race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics in the location in which the candidate is applying.
