Role Description We have a strong, successful SDR team with solid inbound systems, good capacity, and reps who deliver. Now we need a leader who can take this function further - elevating the team through better coaching, sharper skills development, and new outbound capabilities, while keeping the engine running at high performance every day. You own the SDR function end-to-end, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You will strengthen what works, build what is missing, and raise the bar across the board: rep skills, qualification quality, pipeline velocity, and deal values. You work through Team Leaders and alongside reps - unlocking blockers, coaching live calls, diagnosing deals, and driving the daily activity that generates pipeline. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You partner with the VP of Sales on where to invest and what motions to develop. You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve lead quality, handoffs, and conversion. And you are equally the person who jumps into a rep's pipeline review and helps them figure out how to move a stuck lead forward. What you'll do: - The SDR function: team performance, playbooks, qualification frameworks, routing, SLAs, and success metrics. - Elevating the existing team: skills development, structured training, coaching cadences, and clear career progression paths from SDR to AE and beyond. - Building a systematic outbound capability on top of the strong inbound foundation - prospecting sequences, cadence frameworks, and multi-channel strategy (call, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WeChat). - Pipeline generation targets and influenced revenue - quantity, quality, and velocity. - Day-to-day operational leadership through Team Leaders: daily standups, pipeline reviews, activity management, and hands-on support unlocking issues for reps. - Operational infrastructure: funnel analytics, capacity planning, and real-time reporting in Looker and HubSpot. - AI-driven productivity: generative AI, agentic automation, lead enrichment, and intelligent personalization across the team. - Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps on lead quality, handoffs, campaigns, and ICP alignment. Qualifications - 5+ years in sales development or B2B sales, with 2+ years managing and scaling an SDR/BDR team. - You know how to sell - and how to teach others to sell. You can diagnose why a rep is struggling and coach them through it. - You have built outbound motions before and know what it takes to layer them onto an existing inbound operation. - Strong operator: you think in systems, SLAs, conversion math, and activity management. High-volume environments are where you thrive. - Equally a strategist: you partner with leadership on direction while staying hands-on with reps and Team Leaders daily. - Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures - and keeping intensity and consistency high across all of them. - Deep HubSpot (or comparable CRM) expertise - you build workflows and reporting, not just use them. - Data-literate: Looker, dashboards, funnel diagnostics. Decisions based on data, not gut feel. - AI-literate: hands-on with LLMs, generative AI, and agentic automation for sales productivity. - Startup mindset - excited about founders, energized by elevating teams, comfortable with pace and ambiguity. - Fluent English required. Based in India or the Philippines. Ideal But Not Essential - Mandarin language skills. - Experience in corporate services, accounting, fintech, or SaaS. - Multi-product sales environments with cross-geography qualification. - Track record building SDR-to-AE promotion programs and structured training curricula. Benefits - A successful team that is ready to be taken to the next level - you are not starting from zero. - Strategic partner to the VP of Sales on commercial direction. - Global scope: lead teams across every major timezone and market from day one. - AI-forward company that expects you to push the boundaries. - Startup energy with real revenue and product-market fit across 4 markets. - Direct access to leadership and fast decision-making - no layers. - Competitive compensation with uncapped, performance-based incentives. Our Benefits - Multi-cultural environment to enhance your global perspective. - Learning opportunities and mentorship from peers and leaders. - An agile working model focused on goals and performance. - Remote working arrangement. - Office laptop and other equipment provided. Equal Opportunity Statement At OSOME, creating a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel comfortable really matters. Everyone who applies will receive fair consideration for employment. Role Description As our Marketing Manager for the UK, you will be the primary engine of our regional growth. This is a high-autonomy role requiring a rare "full-stack" marketer: someone who can draft a 12-month strategy on Monday and execute a high-converting LinkedIn ad campaign on Tuesday. You will own the entire funnel, from the moment a founder thinks about registering a Company with Companies House to the day they become a long-term accounting client. You’ll leverage digital precision, lifecycle automation, and high-impact field marketing to make Osome the "default" choice for UK SMEs. Responsibilities - Full-Funnel Lifecycle Ownership: Architect the transition from lead to client using nuanced programs that reduce sales friction. - Partner with internal teams and digital marketing CoE for creating and rolling out demand gen campaigns needed for local market activation. - LTV/CAC Ratio for UK market / customers acquired from the region. - Leads to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Conversion Rate. - Brand Authority: Ensure the Osome brand speaks to the local businesses, positioning us as a local expert with global tech. - Strategic Partner Marketing: Identify and activate partnerships with VCs, accelerators, startup community hubs, co-working spaces to create bundled growth opportunities. - Go-To-Market (GTM) for Local Benefits: Lead the launch of UK-specific initiatives that help UK founders scale globally. - Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Build a community of founders around Osome through education-first content that solves real problems. Tasks - Revenue impact: Generate, nurture, qualify and track prospects through mid to low-funnel marketing programs. - Integrated programs: Plan and execute acquisition programs through digital channels, organic/content, influencer partnerships, branded & third-party event sponsorships. - Audience first: Think audience first, in designing messaging/content/value proposition across touchpoints. - Local Strategy & Positioning: Tailor Osome’s global value proposition to the specific nuances of the UK market (Sole Trader vs. Limited Company, HMRC compliance, and self-assessment deadlines). - Omnichannel Growth: Build an integrated engine across Digital, Social, Content, Field and Lifecycle marketing that captures high-intent founders. - Lifecycle & Retention: Design automated "Founder Journeys" that nurture leads through the complex decision-making process of business setup and financial management. - Field & Community Marketing: Represent Osome at key UK startup hubs (e.g., Silicon Roundabout, Level39, Enterprise City in Manchester) and host intimate, education-led events for founders. - Market Penetration & CAC Mastery: Own the regional P&L for marketing, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling lead volume across the UK. - Closed loop assessment: Track, measure, and report effectiveness of regional marketing programs against KPIs, including pipeline contribution, lead generation, and sales velocity. - Collaborate closely with Sales teams to optimize investments in hyper targeted engagement. - Take ownership, plan early, communicate proactively, seek help when needed from cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Inspire cross-functional teams by demonstrating the value of field & partner marketing. Strategic Nuance - The candidate must understand the nuances of marketing to a VC-backed fintech founder in London and marketing to an independent e-commerce seller in the Midlands. - Digital & Lifecycle "Hands-on" Depth: The ideal candidate knows how to set up an A/B test in Meta platforms, build a drip campaign in HubSpot, and understand the "Headless" SEO implications of a site like Osome's; all this while being able to select and activate hyper-targeted events on on-ground activation. - Data-Driven Agility: The ability to move from "I think" to "The data shows." - Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven history of deeply aligning marketing outputs with measurable Sales objectives and KPIs. - Proven track record of integrated marketing programs that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth. - Strong understanding of the Fractional / freelancer market in the UK and outside; preference will be given to someone who’s played a fractional role in their career. - Startup mentality with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities. - Scrappy nature in building program content to serve identified target segments. Required Experience - 6-8 years of field and partner marketing experience in SaaS/Tech/Event management agencies. - Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments, with a deep understanding of how to integrate event experiences into the buyer's journey. - Experience in owning growth marketing, performance marketing and other marketing functions for the region.
