Job Requirements
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1 level), both spoken and written, for effective communication and influencing
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist and demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing sales processes
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, its key stages and goals
- Excellent analytical skills and systemic thinking to navigate database software, write reports, and search for patterns
- Experience in sourcing leads, conducting data searches, and analysis
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel and demonstrated competence in handling CRM
- High-level planning and organizational skills
