Role Description The Content Discovery team at Grab focuses on enhancing the way users discover and engage with businesses in the vibrant dining and lifestyle scene in Southeast Asia. Our mission is to build a discovery-driven platform that connects users to the best dining spots, cafes, and lifestyle options while empowering businesses to engage with consumers effectively. As a Content Discovery Product Manager, you will be based in BJ (open for remote work) and work closely with regional tech teams (design, data, engineering) to develop user-centric features and solutions, leveraging insights and innovation. We believe as a successful candidate you are highly analytical, possess strong user centricity, open or fluent in AI technologies and also adept in communication across stakeholders. - You will support the product strategy and roadmap for content consumption, content creation, ecosystem impact realisation as well as market- / segment-specific directions. - You will lead product development activities in your specific areas, including defining user stories, supporting sprint planning, and contributing to product execution. - You will analyse competitive landscapes and market trends in SEA’s lifestyle and dining sectors to inform product strategy. - You are able to embrace AI and LLM in your daily work and in product design. Qualifications - Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience at a tech company, with user-facing products and/or managing platform products. Direct experience in content engagement products or e-commerce products will be prioritised. - Fiercely User-First: Demonstrated ability to maintain a user-first mindset throughout all stages of product development. - Technical Acumen: Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and clearly explaining technical and business concepts to varied audiences. - Data Analytics: Proficiency in using data to guide decision-making processes and product development. - Communication: Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups with technical and non-technical backgrounds, while also working closely across functions and seniorities to get things done. • Serve as the strategic advisor to regional sales teams on complex deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize profitability and alignment with corporate goals • Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to move deals from creation through approval to final closure, resolving exceptions • Improve the regional deal management process to boost governance, and commercial velocity • Conduct financial modeling, margin analysis, and pipeline tracking by CRM to deliver data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasting • Review contract documentation to ensure total compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition and agreement • Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure closed deals achieve projected financial targets, identifying variances and optimization opportunities • Translate complex data into clear summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while mentoring junior team members on deal desk best practices
• Manage end-to-end DevHome operations, partner onboarding support, and release execution • Manage Android and iOS release activities and resolve operational escalations related to partner access • Make safe production changes and maintain Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure • Investigate and respond to production incidents using Datadog, Kibana, and system-level troubleshooting • Support infrastructure lifecycle work and develop automation, scripts, and internal tools • Contribute to on-call readiness, RCA follow-ups, SOP improvements, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders

• Own the health and strategic direction of the Malaysia Mobility Marketplace • Define and drive the country strategy for driver-partner supply health, productivity, quality, and retention • Own consumer pricing frameworks to grow the business sustainably and profitably • Lead country-level strategic projects focused on service quality and platform reliability • Represent the Malaysia mobility marketplace team in both local and regional discussions • Develop and mentor the rest of the Malaysia mobility marketplace team • Define and own the strategic vision for consumer pricing and marketplace mechanics for GrabCar in Malaysia • Design and iterate on driver-partner engagement models and incentive structures • Lead initiatives to improve platform reliability and ride experience • Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams on mobility-related features and algorithms • Monitor marketplace metrics, investigate anomalies, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Lead and coach the Account Management team to ensure best-in-class merchant operations • Define category growth strategies for target categories, including Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home Living, Pets, and others • Execute these strategies through assortment planning, merchant recruitment, promotional calendars, and pricing/GM strategies • Own and run cross-functional projects from scoping to rollout and measurement • Work closely with Product, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Analytics to align priorities, remove execution blockers and optimize merchant/consumer funnels • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships and partnerships to accelerate onboarding and exclusive assortment • Continually monitor category and merchant OKRs and iterate commercial levers to hit targets • Drive stakeholder alignment and present business cases, performance reviews and forecasts to senior leadership • Use performance data and market insights to identify new business opportunities, pricing levers and promotional tactics
• You will pitch and develop stories such as food guides, trend pieces, news and human interest stories, and put these articles together through interviews and research. • Take photos to accompany the articles where needed. • You will create video content for HungryGoWhere's social channels. • You will chase leads in the F&B sector and evaluate food-related news tip-offs for possible stories. • You will prepare the articles (with images, where applicable) for publication on the website and help in the management of social media. • You will pursue other stories, features and tasks assigned by the editorial team.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB merchants as the primary contact - providing guidance, resolving issues, and maintaining regular online and on-ground engagement • Build trusted partnerships with merchants by delivering support, improving operational quality, and helping merchants grow profitably on GrabFood/ GrabMart or Grab Dine out • Work with merchants to drive adoption of key campaigns and strengthen their ability to use self-serve tools for optimizing promotions, improving visibility, and growth • Leverage data to monitor and analyze merchant performance, and deliver actionable insights that help optimize their growth on Grab • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute local marketing activities, roll out new features and create long-term partnership opportunities that benefit both Grab and Merchants
