• Serve as the strategic advisor to regional sales teams on complex deal structures, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize profitability and alignment with corporate goals. • Drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to move deals from creation through approval to final closure, resolving exceptions. • Improve the regional deal management process to boost governance, and commercial velocity. • Conduct financial modeling, margin analysis, and pipeline tracking by CRM to deliver data-driven insights for negotiations and sales forecasting. • Review contract documentation to ensure total compliance with company policies, accurate revenue recognition and agreement. • Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure closed deals achieve projected financial targets, identifying variances and optimization opportunities. • Translate complex data into clear summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, while mentoring junior team members on deal desk best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management.
- Advanced financial modeling and (SQL/Python); proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and BI tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and lead negotiation support.
- Experience driving process improvements and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Role Description The Global Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for building and leading a globally consistent sales enablement function that drives profitable growth across Weir Minerals. This role ensures that sales processes, tools, training, and performance frameworks are aligned globally and embedded locally to enable disciplined, customer-centric sales execution. Role Description To support our growth and enable us to scale efficiently, we are seeking an outstanding entry level Sales Ops Professional to drive all sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis efforts for our US Public Sector Civilian and SLED Sales Areas. In addition, this role will also work cross functionally to help support our Sales Development, Sales Engineering and overlay sales organizations. This role will provide the analysis needed to evolve our understanding of our pipeline dynamics and conversion rates; from the very top of the sales funnel all the way through to bookings. They will work very closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Strategy to provide targets and recommendations that help align cross functional teams towards our company’s growth objectives while developing early warning indicators to track progress.
