Role Description We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Salesforce and sales productivity technology expert to serve as the global lead for improving how our commercial teams work, sell, and collaborate. Role Description As a Technical Project Manager within Weir Minerals EMECA, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, high value engineered solutions that directly support our customers’ operations. Vice President of Transformation Location: UK or US Based Purpose of Role Weir’s Global Transformation Programme will establish the core business platforms and ways of working that will power the company for the next decade. The VP Transformation is Weir’s most senior business-side leader for enterprise, technology-led transformation, accountable for end-to-end outcomes and ensuring changes are embedded, adopted, and value-realising at scale beyond go-live. This role exists to translate Board-approved transformation ambition into sustained enterprise performance — aligning strategy, operating model, process, data and technology, so that new platforms and architectural changes materially transform how Weir works and delivers value. What you’ll bring Must-haves - 5+ years of experience developing backend, data-intensive systems with at least 2 years hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud platform. - Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end data engineering projects including development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, especially for stakeholders with low data maturity. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across multiple time zones. Nice-to-haves - Experience with data modeling, database development tools, and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and API development. - Prior experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with global, distributed teams. - Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
