Web Marketing for Dentists - Google Ads Specialist
JobrackSerious remote jobs for serious remote workers.
Role Description We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused entirely on driving quality local leads for U.S.-based dental practices (B2C). This is not a brand awareness or awareness-stage role. You will own campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting, and ongoing improvement. You should be comfortable working with Performance Max, Target CPA bidding, and Google Business Profile integration - and you must care deeply about lead quality, not just volume. This role is Google Ads-focused. Microsoft/Bing Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) experience is a genuine bonus and may come into play down the line, but is not part of the core scope or compensation for this position. - Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based dental practices - Build, launch, and refine Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with a focus on lead quality - Implement and manage Target CPA bidding strategies to control cost-per-lead - Leverage Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Maps ad placements alongside traditional Search campaigns - Accurately track and differentiate lead sources (GMB/Maps vs. Search) for client reporting - Provide clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations on a regular basis - Stay current with Google Ads platform changes, beta features, and best practices Once fully onboarded, you can expect to manage approximately 30–40 dental accounts, at an average spend of around $5,000/month per account. You'll typically start with a smaller handful of accounts (around 4) while you settle in, growing from there. Qualifications - Local lead generation via Google Ads — a proven track record managing campaigns for U.S. local B2C businesses - Google Business Profile + Google Ads integration — you know how to connect and optimise GBP assets within campaigns and understand how Maps/Local ads work alongside Search - Target CPA bidding — setting, monitoring, and adjusting tCPA to hit cost-per-lead goals across different business types - Performance Max campaigns — building PMax campaigns that attract quality leads, not junk conversions, and optimising them over time using asset group performance, audience signals, and search term insights Requirements - Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads — search campaign management - Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaigns - Familiarity with Google Ads Editor — bulk campaign management and offline editing - Experience working with U.S. dental offices - Experience working with U.S. medical practices Benefits - Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month* - Full time: 100% remote - work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive - Flexibility: We trust you to manage your time and balance your work and life - Paid Time Off: 27–29 days per year. *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.

Role Description Greater China is a key region in Asia-Pacific for ACAMS, and we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to build our brand and drive revenue as we scale. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will own foundational positioning, work in lockstep with sales to build pipeline, and create demand generation materials that actually move deals. You’ll translate ACAMS’ products into narratives that resonate with B2B enterprise and B2B2C buyers, test and refine messaging in real sales conversations, and help set up a repeatable go-to-market motion. If you want to shape how an entire region understands and buys an industry-defining product, this is the role for you. Responsibilities - Drive marketing influenced pipeline - Drive Regional Pipeline: Own a regional pipeline target and be directly accountable for generating and accelerating revenue. Partner with sales leaders to align on target accounts, segment priorities, as well as go-to-market motions and proactively diagnose and address performance gaps when the region is behind target. - Define Positioning & Messaging: Articulate ACAMS certifications and membership products into clear, differentiated value propositions tailored to the specific needs, language, and purchasing dynamics of Greater China. - Execute Campaigns: Coordinate across B2B2C, ABM, demand gen, events, and partner marketing (including resellers and Big 4 firms) to deliver a cohesive, locally relevant marketing mix. - Act as the Voice of the Region: Ensure Greater China's priorities are represented in regional planning. Develop and run regional programs and oversee the adaptation of global content where relevant and manage the regional activity calendar. Qualifications - 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a regional focus (field, demand gen, or regional marketing) supporting enterprise sales motions in a high growth tech company. - Proven pipeline generation: You’ve owned a number, built programs to hit it, and can demonstrate how your work directly created revenue opportunities. - Commercial & analytical instincts: You think in terms of deal progression and buyer objections - not just awareness or engagement metrics. - A bias toward execution: You’re comfortable moving from strategy to doing - building enablement assets, shaping campaigns, supporting events and iterating quickly based on feedback. - Strong AI fluency: You actively use AI tools in your marketing workflow (content generation, audience insights, campaign optimization) and can articulate how AI changes the playbook. - Comfort in ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving environments where scope isn’t always fully defined, and ownership matters more than process. - Language skills: Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English speaker.
