***This is a role in the EU with occasional to the Munich office*** Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized. More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology. In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work." We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale. About You: - You're analytically rigorous, full of ideas, and wired to see your work drive real outcomes. - You thrive owning a market end to end — the narrative, the campaigns, the content, and the pipeline — not just a slice of the funnel. - You drive a go-to-market pod alongside sales, BDRs, and pre-sales, iterating fast and owning every campaign from strategy to launch without waiting on a handoff. - You've already rebuilt parts of your workflow with AI, and here you'll use it to move faster than a traditional team ever could. What skills do I need? - 5-12+ years in go-to-market, strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or product management, with a record of owning outcomes rather than completing tasks. - Deep domain knowledge in a technical industrial or life sciences vertical, or a demonstrated ability to get there fast. - Strong writing: you can produce a compelling narrative piece, a tight campaign brief, or a sharp landing page without a creative team. - AI-native practice: you have replaced meaningful parts of your own workflow with AI tools and can demonstrate it in an interview. - Analytical rigor: you understand pipeline math, read a campaign performance report, and tell signal from noise. - Low ego, high accountability: you would rather learn what works than be right. - French and English proficiency is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Own messaging, positioning, campaigns, and content for your vertical, end to end. - Carry sourced and influenced pipeline targets, driving your go-to-market pod across Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales. - Write and produce campaign assets, including ebooks, webinars, one-pagers, and landing pages, to the standard your market requires. - Synthesize market trends, field intelligence, and performance data into messaging adjustments in real time. - Design and run multi-touch, account-level campaigns in partnership with digital and the AI go-to-market engineer. - Use AI to produce, test, and iterate on assets and campaigns at higher volume. Key Collaborators: - Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales in your go-to-market pod - Digital Marketing - AI go-to-market engineer - Product Marketing - Content and Creative Working At Tulip We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Even if you don’t match every requirement, applying gives you the opportunity to be considered. We’re building a strong, diverse team that values hard work, families, and personal well-being. Benefits of working with us include: - Direct impact on product and culture - Company equity - Competitive benefits package including commuter benefits, learning and development stipend, team events, catered lunches 3 days a week - Flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation policy - An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues We are an equal opportunity employer. At Tulip, we celebrate all. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Help us build an inclusive community that will transform frontline operations. Title: Director, Brand Marketing Job Description: Location Los Angeles Employment Type Full time Location Type Hybrid Department Marketing About Cantina: Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning. If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future! About the Role: We're looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to be the owner and guardian of our brand — how it looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere from a company deck to a 30 second commercial to a piece of swag. This person will lead a full brand refresh, bringing coherence to our logo, visual identity, messaging, and tone across every touchpoint in the company, and then hold that line going forward. This is a hybrid brand-marketing and brand-creative role. You'll set strategy and messaging pillars, manage our in-house creative team and outside agencies to bring campaigns to life, and take direct ownership of anything that requires a message — including commercials and other brand advertising. You'll also set the brand mandate for how we show up in social and organic channels, working closely with the team that runs day-to-day social execution. What You’ll Do: - Lead a company-wide brand refresh — logo, visual identity, messaging, and tone — ensuring consistency across the company deck, website, product, swag, and every other touchpoint - Own brand messaging and craft the core messaging pillars, and be able to clearly articulate and defend them internally and externally - Take direct ownership of commercials and other brand advertising campaigns, from concept through production - Set and maintain brand guidelines, and mandate how the brand shows up across social and organic channels (partnering closely with the social team on execution) - Manage the in-house creative team and asset production, and manage relationships with outside creative and production agencies - Partner cross-functionally with product, comms, and executive stakeholders to keep brand and messaging aligned company-wide - Build the foundation for scaling brand marketing as the team and company grow What You’ll Bring: - 8+ years of brand marketing experience, spanning both agency (account side) and in-house brand marketing at a consumer-facing company - Experience at a recognizable, culturally relevant consumer brand or platform - Brand marketing experience managing external brand advertising campaigns - Experience working with digital media creators - Experience working with all social platforms on organic and paid campaigns - Proven ability to manage and direct commercial/brand advertising production, including working with agencies and production partners - Experience managing an in-house creative team and/or creative asset production - Excellent communication and messaging instincts — able to set and evangelize brand guidelines across an organization - A builder's mindset — excited to create brand infrastructure from scratch, not just maintain what exists Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $160,000-$240,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data. Benefits: - Competitive salary and generous company equity - Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina - 42 days of paid time off, including: - 15 PTO days - 10 sick days - 15 company holidays - 2 floating holidays - Generous parental leave & fertility support - 401(k) retirement savings plan - Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like - Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees - One Medical membership, and more!
