Job Description

Marketing Manager

ACAMS

Role Description Greater China is a key region in Asia-Pacific for ACAMS, and we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to build our brand and drive revenue as we scale. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will own foundational positioning, work in lockstep with sales to build pipeline, and create demand generation materials that actually move deals. You’ll translate ACAMS’ products into narratives that resonate with B2B enterprise and B2B2C buyers, test and refine messaging in real sales conversations, and help set up a repeatable go-to-market motion. If you want to shape how an entire region understands and buys an industry-defining product, this is the role for you. Responsibilities - Drive marketing influenced pipeline - Drive Regional Pipeline: Own a regional pipeline target and be directly accountable for generating and accelerating revenue. Partner with sales leaders to align on target accounts, segment priorities, as well as go-to-market motions and proactively diagnose and address performance gaps when the region is behind target. - Define Positioning & Messaging: Articulate ACAMS certifications and membership products into clear, differentiated value propositions tailored to the specific needs, language, and purchasing dynamics of Greater China. - Execute Campaigns: Coordinate across B2B2C, ABM, demand gen, events, and partner marketing (including resellers and Big 4 firms) to deliver a cohesive, locally relevant marketing mix. - Act as the Voice of the Region: Ensure Greater China's priorities are represented in regional planning. Develop and run regional programs and oversee the adaptation of global content where relevant and manage the regional activity calendar. Qualifications - 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a regional focus (field, demand gen, or regional marketing) supporting enterprise sales motions in a high growth tech company. - Proven pipeline generation: You’ve owned a number, built programs to hit it, and can demonstrate how your work directly created revenue opportunities. - Commercial & analytical instincts: You think in terms of deal progression and buyer objections - not just awareness or engagement metrics. - A bias toward execution: You’re comfortable moving from strategy to doing - building enablement assets, shaping campaigns, supporting events and iterating quickly based on feedback. - Strong AI fluency: You actively use AI tools in your marketing workflow (content generation, audience insights, campaign optimization) and can articulate how AI changes the playbook. - Comfort in ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving environments where scope isn’t always fully defined, and ownership matters more than process. - Language skills: Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent English speaker. ***This is a role in the EU with occasional to the Munich office*** Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized. More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology. In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work." We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale. About You: - You're analytically rigorous, full of ideas, and wired to see your work drive real outcomes. - You thrive owning a market end to end — the narrative, the campaigns, the content, and the pipeline — not just a slice of the funnel. - You drive a go-to-market pod alongside sales, BDRs, and pre-sales, iterating fast and owning every campaign from strategy to launch without waiting on a handoff. - You've already rebuilt parts of your workflow with AI, and here you'll use it to move faster than a traditional team ever could. What skills do I need? - 5-12+ years in go-to-market, strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or product management, with a record of owning outcomes rather than completing tasks. - Deep domain knowledge in a technical industrial or life sciences vertical, or a demonstrated ability to get there fast. - Strong writing: you can produce a compelling narrative piece, a tight campaign brief, or a sharp landing page without a creative team. - AI-native practice: you have replaced meaningful parts of your own workflow with AI tools and can demonstrate it in an interview. - Analytical rigor: you understand pipeline math, read a campaign performance report, and tell signal from noise. - Low ego, high accountability: you would rather learn what works than be right. - French and English proficiency is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Own messaging, positioning, campaigns, and content for your vertical, end to end. - Carry sourced and influenced pipeline targets, driving your go-to-market pod across Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales. - Write and produce campaign assets, including ebooks, webinars, one-pagers, and landing pages, to the standard your market requires. - Synthesize market trends, field intelligence, and performance data into messaging adjustments in real time. - Design and run multi-touch, account-level campaigns in partnership with digital and the AI go-to-market engineer. - Use AI to produce, test, and iterate on assets and campaigns at higher volume. Key Collaborators: - Sales, BDRs, and pre-sales in your go-to-market pod - Digital Marketing - AI go-to-market engineer - Product Marketing - Content and Creative Working At Tulip We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Even if you don’t match every requirement, applying gives you the opportunity to be considered. We’re building a strong, diverse team that values hard work, families, and personal well-being. Benefits of working with us include: - Direct impact on product and culture - Company equity - Competitive benefits package including commuter benefits, learning and development stipend, team events, catered lunches 3 days a week - Flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation policy - An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues We are an equal opportunity employer. At Tulip, we celebrate all. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Help us build an inclusive community that will transform frontline operations.
