• Leading, coaching and supporting a small team of Onboarding Executives • Setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback and development opportunities • Managing resource planning to meet business demand and onboarding priorities • Developing and continuously improving onboarding processes, governance, reporting and tracking • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving accountability for key milestones and deadlines • Ensuring all operational, compliance, IT and business readiness requirements are met ahead of launch • Proactively managing risks and resolving challenges before they impact delivery • Championing best practice and continuously improving the way we support our franchise network • Monitoring onboarding performance and sharing insights to help drive better outcomes

Role Description The Senior Onboarding Specialist IV will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions, delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients.
