Role Description The Senior Onboarding Specialist IV will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions, delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients. Role Description MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town! This individual will be responsible for resolving customer software queries and will need to analyse software issues to recommend solutions. Engaging with clients via email and telephone will be an integral part of this role. Role Description We're looking for a focused, professional communicator to join our growing Verification team. In this role, you'll make structured outbound calls to landlords, property managers, and employers across the US to verify applicant information as part of the multifamily housing screening process. Every call you make directly supports fair, accurate, and timely decisions for our clients and the people they serve. This is not a sales, collections, or appointment-setting role. You'll follow a clear verification framework, document what you learn accurately, and move efficiently through a daily call queue — making this an excellent fit for someone who is disciplined, detail-obsessed, and comfortable on the phone with US-based contacts. Qualifications - Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional phone presence. - Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with accurate spelling and documentation habits. - Exceptional attention to detail — verification work requires precision; errors have real consequences. - Ability to work through a structured daily call queue independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive personal and employment information. - Comfortable multitasking across different verification workflows and queues simultaneously. - Prior experience in BPO, background screening, tenant screening, HR verification, or a similar research/outbound calling role is a strong advantage.
