• Support the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in delivering the team’s objectives. • Deliver monitoring tasks aligned with the Risk and Compliance Monitoring Framework and best practices. • Support the execution of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan. • Conduct assigned reviews and oversight activities on schedule and to high standards. • Perform ad-hoc monitoring of specific business areas as needed. • Report review results clearly and promptly to the business. • Track and escalate actions from monitoring work, ensuring timely resolution. • Use management information (MI) to identify exceptions and enhance oversight. • Provide regular reports, trend analysis, and progress updates. • Support business areas in improving monitoring review outcomes.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to businesses with a franchisee focus. • Work with the senior team to communicate required changes to business practices to meet regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. • Support franchisees with ad-hoc compliance queries. • Review and sign off marketing material for franchisees. • Monitor and ensure regulatory filings are completed on time. • Roll out risk and compliance training to the business. • Support integrating new businesses into the Group.
• Deliver the overall network growth strategy for both the Coversure network and Jensten Broker Network. • Responsible for identifying new prospects and managing a data enriched pipeline. • Engage with all new network prospects to qualify and prioritise leads. • Delivery of engaging marketing campaigns to generate new leads and raise profile of business. • Support new potential network members with their business planning stage, demonstrating a good business acumen and financial understanding of the broker model. • Working closely with the Operations team to oversee the application and onboarding process of new network members. • Maintain a good industry presence and knowledge across the broker and broker networking sector. • Act as a brand advocate within the Broker sector by regularly communicating and championing case studies and the network proposition. • Attend industry events to promote the network proposition and maintain up to date industry insight.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance to businesses with a franchisee focus. • Work with the senior team to communicate to business areas / franchisees any required changes to business practices to meet regulatory requirements and support the business/ franchisees with implementation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the franchisees. • Support the franchisees/ business with Ad-Hoc compliance queries. • Review and sign off marketing material for the franchisees. • Identify and report issues / breaches with oversight of and actions. • Monitor and ensure regulatory filings are correctly completed on time. • Roll out risk and compliance training to business. • Work with the Head of Risk and Compliance to prepare internal reporting e.g. Group Risk Committee and EXCOs. • Attend relevant internal meetings to provide risk and compliance feedback and support. • Oversight of key contracts e.g., TOBAs and Delegated Authorities. • Supporting the integration of new businesses into the Group. • Undertaking Due Diligence and onboarding of new businesses into the Coversure Network.
• Following up on new business enquiries and arranging cover, via email and telephone • Processing mid-term adjustments • Dealing with clients’ day to day enquiries on a daily basis, responding promptly and managing expectations • Contacting customers on renewals and completing renewal requests • Ensuring all Client records reflect the current risk on cover at all-time including accuracy of sums insured, perils, excesses, extensions and exclusions • Ensuring the smooth flow of digital data by re‑keying and validating customer details from our online platform into Acturis • Involvement in digital marketing campaigns (ad-hoc) • Running reports via Acturis, spotting trends and ensuring accuracy
• Work closely with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices. • Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code. • Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale. • Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively. • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
• Provide regulatory subject matter expertise and guidance to retail firms • Support horizon scanning and communicate regulatory changes • Respond to ad-hoc compliance queries • Review and approve financial promotions • Manage risk registers and KRIs, providing oversight and challenge • Identify and report breaches, ensuring appropriate actions are taken • Assist with regulatory filings and submissions • Deliver risk and compliance training across the Broking Division • Support internal reporting for the Broking Risk & Compliance Committee • Review and update R&C owned policies in line with agreed review cycles and internal governance requirements • Provide data protection support to the Data Protection Officer, including compiling Data Subject Access Request responses in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures • Oversee key contracts (e.g., TOBAs, Delegated Authorities) • Support compliance due diligence on acquisition targets • Support integration of newly acquired businesses and remedial actions
• Drive new business growth in the commercial sector • Work from a prospect list and generating your own leads and opportunities, applying an entrepreneurial approach • Leverage memberships with key organisations to network and build relationships • Present tailored insurance and risk management solutions to secure new business • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients virtually or in person • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
