• To lead and own the SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) programme end-to-end • Deliver successful SAP MBC implementations (design → go-live → stabilisation) • Establish a scalable, repeatable delivery model • Support early client acquisition and revenue traction • Position TransferMate as a credible SAP embedded payments partner • Define structured delivery frameworks (Workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables) • Lead multi-workstream implementations (finance, integrations, platform) • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, to agreed scope and quality standards • Establish governance structures (PMO, steering committees, reporting cadence) • Translate commercial and client requirements into SAP MBC solution design • Oversee configuration and integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP APIs • Engage at senior/C-suite level as primary programme lead for clients and internal stakeholders • Build trusted relationships to support expansion and upsell opportunities • Support presales processes, including solution shaping and client proposal development.

Key Responsibilities - Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization. - Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns. - Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness. - Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
