• Own the entire AI creative workflow from concept to final delivery. • Research competitors, customer avatars, and winning advertising angles before creating content. • Develop compelling UGC-style and direct-response video concepts for paid advertising. • Write scripts and creative briefs that align with marketing objectives. • Generate highly realistic AI videos using tools such as Higgsfield and other generative AI platforms. • Carefully refine character appearance, clothing, environments, expressions, camera movement, and visual consistency to achieve realistic outputs. • Edit and polish AI-generated content into high-converting advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. • Analyze creative performance data and continuously iterate new concepts based on winning patterns. • Produce multiple creative variations for ongoing creative testing. • Stay current on emerging AI creative tools, workflows, and advertising trends.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of total experience in creative roles; then 2+ years of experience producing paid social ads, UGC content, or direct-response video creatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Pika, Kling, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and performance creative.
- Excellent creative judgment with a strong eye for realism, storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.
- Ability to independently research audiences, identify winning marketing angles, and translate them into compelling advertisements.
- Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent testing and iteration.
- Highly detail-oriented, patient, and perfectionistic when refining AI-generated outputs.
- Strong English communication skills.
