Senior Software Engineer – Creator Growth, Monetization
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)The email-first operating system for creators who mean business. Formerly ConvertKit.
• You'll be joining the Network Squad, which owns Creator Growth through recommendation products and Creator Monetization via our Newsletter Sponsorships and Commerce platforms. We build products where network effects drive value—as more creators participate, everyone benefits. Your work directly impacts how thousands of creators find their audience and earn a living, with measurable outcomes like 2x faster audience growth for creators using our recommendation network. • This is a hands-on role for a product-minded engineer with strong product engineering skills and front-end experience. You'll work across the full stack—from React frontends to our Rails backend and analytics systems—and you care deeply about creating great user experiences. You partner well with Design and Product throughout the design process, contributing to early concepts, refining rough ideas, and breaking down ambitious features into iterative deliverables that ship value to creators sooner. You contribute to scoping conversations, help identify MVPs, and support iterative release planning so creators benefit throughout the development process, not just at the end. You're data-driven and contribute to product improvements while bringing modern approaches to performance and user experience. • You're proficient with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and leverage them to broaden your impact.
Senior Software Engineer II – Growth

• Get oriented in our onboarding curriculum in Notion and get access to key tools — Linear, Figma, Slack, Looker, Omni and our experimentation infrastructure. Start meeting your teammates and cross-functional partners through GTKYs. Get a feel for our codebase, our current funnel metrics, and where the biggest opportunities live. • Dig into the data and current growth opportunities. Understand where creators are dropping off and why, and you have a clear point of view on what's driving disengagement and where the highest-leverage retention opportunities are. Start contributing to active experiments or funnel improvements while you build context. Ship your first changes, to get a real feel for how we move and contribute to our growth strategy. • Own the end-to-end execution of multiple growth initiatives across the funnel. You're not waiting for a spec, you're helping identify the highest-leverage bets, scoping them with the team, building them, measuring the outcome, and sharing what you learned. You've shipped experiments and owned complex projects that moved meaningful metrics and can speak clearly to what worked and what didn't. • You've established the technical patterns and measurement practices the growth team relies on. You’re a leader on the Growth squad and a strong, trusted partner to Product. You have a clear point of view on what the funnel needs, and you're coaching others toward more analytical, outcome-driven ways of working. You're a core reason the team ships with both speed and confidence.

Senior Affiliates Manager – Marketing
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)The email-first operating system for creators who mean business. Formerly ConvertKit.
• Kit's affiliate program has real momentum waiting to be unlocked — and we need someone with the drive and instincts to go unlock it. • We're looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to build our affiliate program into a profitable, predictable acquisition channel by recruiting the right creator partners, strengthening how we engage and activate them, and building the systems that make the whole thing scale. • This is a full-time IC role ideal for someone who's energized by building genuine relationships with creators, sees untapped potential where others see a broken process, and moves fast to test, learn, and iterate. • You'll report to Christina Lhi, Head of Marketing, and collaborate closely with the marketing team, including our Senior Content Marketing Team Lead, Social Content Marketing Manager, two Product Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Lead, and Creator Educator. You'll also partner with product and growth teams to improve the creator experience for affiliate-sourced signups. • Get access to PartnerStack and existing affiliate dashboards. Review current program performance, partner mix, and webinar data. Attend Get-To-Know-You meetings with your marketing teammates and key stakeholders. Begin building relationships with top-performing affiliates. • Audit the current affiliate program and identify your highest-impact opportunities. Pay particular attention to partner segmentation, recruitment gaps, and where engagement is breaking down. Develop a segmentation framework that goes beyond performance tiers — think by creator type, audience, and channel, so you can build engagement strategies that actually fit how different partners operate. Map out a strategic plan with clear priorities and expected outcomes. Launch 2-3 quick wins to improve partner activation or webinar conversion. Share your initial strategy and recommendations with Christina and the team. • Execute your strategic plan and hit quarterly MRR targets from affiliates. Recruit and activate new partners across multiple segments (pro affiliates, media partners, creator partners). Scale the webinar program to drive more qualified leads with better conversion rates. Build AI-powered systems that reduce manual coordination time by at least 50%. Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and a regular working-in-public cadence. Build a community-first engagement cadence for affiliates — not just promotional emails, but ongoing touchpoints that make partners feel like they're part of something. • Deliver $1M in new ARR through strategic partner recruitment and program optimization. Scale the webinar program to meaningfully increase its contribution to total affiliate MRR. Diversify the partner mix beyond individual creators to include media partners and AI-first publishers. Continue building documented playbooks and systems that make the program scalable and predictable. Establish Kit's affiliate program as a reliable revenue driver with clear processes others can follow.

Staff Analytics Engineer

• Complete onboarding in Notion and meet your teammates through Get-To-Know-You calls. Get oriented in our core tools: dbt, Github, Redshift, Omni, Slack, and Linear. Start reading existing documentation on our Reporting Hub architecture and canonical metric definitions. • Audit active Reporting Hub models across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product Strategy, and Creator Lifecycle. Map current churn logic implementation and identify inconsistencies in canonical metric definitions. Assess Redshift performance strain areas and flag fragile model dependencies. Publish a written architectural assessment memo with your initial findings and recommended priorities. Serve as the data team’s voice in cross-functional discussions about metric definitions, attribution logic, and analytical rigor across Finance, Product, and Marketing. • Propose and begin executing a 6–12 month modernization roadmap for our modeling layer. Refactor the highest-risk models across all business verticals. Clarify attribution model contracts and improve cross-functional documentation standards. Measurably reduce warehouse inefficiencies through distribution and sort key optimization, not infrastructure scaling. Improve Segment event modeling structure and align event design with reporting needs in partnership with Product and Engineering. Drive company-wide adoption of canonical metrics by working directly with functional leads to replace ad hoc definitions with documented, auditable standards. • Complete the Reporting Hub foundation across business verticals with canonical metric consistency enforced. Enable true stakeholder self-serve, so teams can explore data without relying on the Data team for routine questions. Reduce model rework caused by upstream ambiguity through upstream design patterns and documentation. Raise the overall modeling sophistication of the Data team through mentorship, standards, and shared tooling. Leadership makes resource allocation and growth decisions using a shared metric layer they trust without qualification. Finance closes faster because revenue and subscription models are reliable and consistent. Product and the broader company make decisions with cohort and performance data they no longer need to manually verify, allowing the data team to ship faster with less rework.
