• Lead the technical development, configuration, and customization of ABMC's core business applications. • Configure, customize, and deploy solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Execute advanced pro-code development utilizing Dataverse and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for complex enterprise solutions. • Perform requirements analysis, software build, testing, and deployment following controlled release management processes. • Develop and support complex external integrations, data flows, and RESTful APIs. • Update system components including workflows, forms, views, security roles, and permissions based on authorized backlog items. • Generate technical designs, test results, release notes, and updated application documentation for all code movements.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Guidewire-based solutions, including customizations and new features • Configure product models, rating engines, and business rules using the Claim center Configuration tool • Develop and integrate the platform with other internal and external systems using tools like REST APIs • Write clean, high-quality code in GOSU and Java • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Claim center configuration, data migration, and integrations • Participate in quality assurance activities and perform unit and integration testing

• Efficiently manage and coordinate complex schedules for the CS Heads • Arrange meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones • Maintain and update administrative assistance processes and organizational charts • Arrange domestic and international travel for the executives • Raise purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner • Act as the first point of contact for the supported executives • Work closely with the CTO’s Executive Assistant to streamline communication and processes.
