• Manage end-to-end delivery of Java/J2EE resources and projects • Lead and manage Java development teams and resource pools • Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, quality, and utilization • Act as primary client contacts and handle delivery escalations • Coordinate with recruitment for timely onboarding of Java resources • Track delivery metrics, risks, and continuous improvement

• Manages AI platforms and environments, including access provisioning, governance controls, and policy enforcement (e.g., DLP, security, and compliance) • Develops reusable components (e.g., prompts, connectors, APIs, templates) to accelerate AI solution delivery and promote standardization across use cases • Designs and maintains the foundational AI infrastructure, frameworks, and observability capabilities (telemetry, monitoring, metrics) required for scalable, reliable, and governed AI operations • Enforces security protocols, data handling rules, and role-based access controls in collaboration with InfoSec and Legal • Oversees workspace configuration, user provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), and licensing • Connects AI tools with core enterprise software (like HRIS, CRMs, and document repositories) • Creates internal training materials, troubleshooting guides, and tracks AI usage metrics to drive value realization • Tracks platform performance, API error rates, and token consumption to optimize operational costs

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data architecture and data models • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for finance systems (GL, AR, AP) • Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Azure • Build and maintain enterprise data warehouse and data lake architectures • Integrate data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and other upstream sources • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks • Enable batch and real-time data processing using Azure-native services • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across financial systems • Support financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow • Implement data governance, lineage, and cataloging using Azure Purview • Collaborate with finance, business, and engineering teams for solution delivery • Optimize performance, scalability, security, and reliability of data platforms.

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for NetSuite and Coupa implementations and enhancements. • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design initiatives. • Serve as a functional expert for NetSuite modules including: Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Inventory & Supply Chain. • Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, and permissions. • Support integrations with Coupa, banking systems, and third-party applications. • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and audit activities. • Act as a hands-on functional lead for Coupa: Requisitions, PO, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management. • Troubleshoot integration issues between Coupa and NetSuite. • Drive process improvements to enhance P2P efficiency and controls. • Ensure systems and processes align with SOX, GxP, and internal controls. • Support system validation documentation (e.g., requirements, testing, traceability). • Participate in audits and inspections as needed. • Lead UAT planning and execution, defect management, and sign-off. • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training. • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
