UX Designer IV

Role Description This is an opportunity to shape the user experience for a new suite of AI powered internal tools used by hundreds of employees. As the sole designer embedded within a senior engineering team, you will own the design process across dashboards, workflow automation, CRM systems, reporting tools, and AI agent experiences. Your work will help simplify complex data and workflows while establishing the design foundation for products being built from the ground up. Qualifications - 5 or more years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS products, or developer platforms. - Strong interaction design and information architecture skills. - A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex workflows and data heavy interfaces. - Proven ability to operate independently as the sole designer on an engineering focused team. - Experience taking products from early concept through final implementation. - Strong collaboration and communication skills when working directly with technical teams. Requirements - Experience designing AI or machine learning powered features. - Experience creating interaction patterns for agentic systems or automated workflows. - Experience building and maintaining design systems or shared component libraries. - Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms. - Ability to implement or prototype designs directly using development tools. Interview Process - Round 1, 60 minutes: Portfolio review and design challenge walkthrough. - Round 2, 45 minutes: Team collaboration and working style discussion with one or two engineers.
