Role Description - Provide design input to design solutions for resolution of design proposals either at Concept, Schematic, Detail Design, or IFC. - Experience in the delivery of all design stages (Concept to IFC) of projects in Revit. - Detailed knowledge and experience of delivering projects in BIM up to LOD 300 as a minimum. - Experience of using clash detection software including setting up clash detection and preparing/reviewing clash reports. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as BIM 360. - Experience of Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering engines to test design ideas as they are resolved. - Technical awareness for building design and detailing. - Coordinating with design colleagues to ensure best practice is achieved and the highest quality outcomes are delivered to clients. - Various building typologies covered in portfolio including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Industrial. - Where needed, take support from the Senior Architect leading the project. - Coordinating across offices for resource support and management where required. Qualifications - Degree qualified in Architecture; preferable to have a Master's degree in Architecture. - Minimum of 10 years post qualification focused on design, technical design, and delivery including presentations and reports. - Knowledge of Revit Architecture with a commitment to continuing professional development. - Knowledge in Architectural principles, techniques, and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable international standards. - Should be able to work alone or as part of a team, taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs. - Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and able to contribute effectively to discipline-specific discussions. - Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines. - Practical, 'hands-on' and up-to-date experience in Architectural design. - Be inventive and imaginative in building design. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, keen to develop with our growing organization. - Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages including Revit Architecture and Navisworks. - Knowledge of Navisworks, 3DStudio MAX, Rhino, and Photoshop is an added advantage. - Dynamic with good organizational skills and able to multi-task. Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to Operations, HR, and executive leadership. You'll be responsible for: - Owning full-cycle recruitment for clinical, caregiver, operational, and corporate positions across assigned markets. - Building proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Therapists, and Operations leadership. - Developing market-specific recruiting strategies that align with business priorities and growth initiatives. - Partnering with hiring managers and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring challenges, and long-term staffing strategies. - Conducting recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring teams through the selection process. - Managing offers, negotiations, and candidate communication while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. - Leveraging Indeed, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent. - Utilizing recruiting metrics and labor market data to improve hiring outcomes and influence recruiting decisions. - Maintaining accurate recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ADP Recruiting Management). - Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. - Supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, and special Talent Acquisition initiatives. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare experience required). - Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Boolean search techniques, referrals, and networking. - Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable using recruiting metrics to drive performance and improve hiring outcomes. - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ADP Recruiting Management experience is a plus.
