Key Responsibilities - Global Account Ownership: Manage the growth, adoption, and overall health of the Dynatrace platform within assigned accounts on a global scale, collaborating closely with local sales, engineering, and support teams across various GEOs. - Strategic GTM & Account Planning: Create holistic, multi-year strategic account plans (2-3 year horizon) outlining key initiatives that drive customer success, cloud modernization, and strategy realization. - C-Suite Relationship Cultivation: Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across the customer's global business units. - Executive Sponsorship Governance: Map global stakeholders to govern current and future relationships, ensuring that Dynatrace executive sponsors are strategically engaged and aligned with customer leadership. - Drive ARR & Consumption: Mobilize and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end "land, adopt, consume, and expand" strategy to drive continuous Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. - Ecosystem Orchestration: Leverage the full strength of Dynatrace’s services, support, partner channels, and hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) to expand our footprint through innovation and collaboration. - Virtual Team Leadership: Influence, inspire, and lead a highly virtual, matrixed team of resources across various LoBs, functions, and global geographies. What will help you succeedMinimum Requirements - HS diploma or GED. - A minimum of 7+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales. Preferred Requirements - Industry Expertise: You have worked with G500 banking, finance, or insurance customers as a Global Account and Relationship Manager. - Global Enterprise Selling: Extensive enterprise selling experience in large global accounts at the executive level. - Complex Deal Execution: A successful track record of handling large, complex deal negotiations and global contracts. You bring strong sales or consulting expertise and business acumen dealing with complex business software/IT solutions. - Federated Leadership: You have previously stood as a primary account manager or team leader for a large, globally federated enterprise working with multiple business units (influencing governance and policy is a massive plus!). - Trusted Advisor: You can navigate across the business and the customer in a consultative approach, establishing credibility quickly with senior-level executives across organizations. - Domain Knowledge: You understand the Observability, Security, and/or technology-as-a-service space (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). - IT Ecosystem Fluency: Deep knowledge of the IT ecosystem in large, global enterprises. Compensation and Rewards - - At Dynatrace, total compensation for this role is made up of a strong base salary, a lucrative variable commission structure, and equity. - Base Salary Range: $166,000 - $207,000.
