Role Description Circana is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Sales Insights Analyst to join our Consumer Technology team. This role aligns Circana solutions with client business objectives through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration. It uses industry expertise and advanced analytics to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The position manages daily client interactions, delivering value through training, insights, and recommendations. Job Responsibilities - Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals. - Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. - Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail, CPG, or general merchandise to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. - Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers. - Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery. - Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning. - Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. - Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of prior experience in a market research or client service role, with hands-on exposure to consumer and/or POS data. - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight-led approach. - Technical Ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Experience with Circana’s Unify+ preferred. Role Description itD is seeking a Business Analyst IV to lead and maintain global financial credit operations by ensuring operational continuity, strengthening risk controls, and supporting AI-driven process transformation across enterprise finance functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial credit operations, credit risk management, and global process ownership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business process improvements. Location: Remote Pay Rate: Depending on experience.
