Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, collections, or revenue operations. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end credit management processes, including credit assessment, credit limits, portfolio management, collections, and dispute resolution. - Experience supporting AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions within finance or operations. - Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise risk management. - Experience collaborating across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and cross-functional business teams. - Experience managing or partnering with outsourced/BPO operations. - Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions and process performance. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
