Project Description The project is a Fleet Management Platform that brings together fleet owners, drivers, and operational teams through a web management portal, partner integration APIs, and native mobile application features. The platform enables vehicle and driver management, operational automation, real-time performance tracking, and driver onboarding workflows. The platform connects users with service providers across multiple mobility and urban services worldwide. Responsibilities and Tasks - Gather, structure, and document business and functional requirements; produce detailed functional specifications including validation rules, state transitions, error handling, and input/output contracts - Map current and future user flows; identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies to ensure complete requirements - Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability of requirements and decisions - Facilitate cross-team alignment by clarifying scope, resolving ambiguities, and supporting communication between product and engineering stakeholders - Define acceptance test scenarios and expected behaviors; participate in testing and UAT - Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and scope gaps in requirements and facilitate their resolution Technology Stack Business Analysis Interview Stages - English check (15 minutes) - Internal technical interview (1-1.5 hour) - Client interview (1 hour) Ready to Join? Role Description itD is seeking a Business Analyst IV to lead and maintain global financial credit operations by ensuring operational continuity, strengthening risk controls, and supporting AI-driven process transformation across enterprise finance functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial credit operations, credit risk management, and global process ownership, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business process improvements.
