Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This is a remote position. - Educate prospect clients on program specifics and the benefits of the same - Effectively manage a pipeline of new leads and applications - Conduct follow up activities with new leads and applications via phone and email - Perform inbound and outbound communications with property owners - Take financing applications over the phone from property owners - Follow up on applications without a contractor assigned and refer the applicant to one or multiple of our registered and active contractors - Follow up with contractors to ensure they are working the referred applications in a timely manner - Assist underwriters in obtaining required documents from the property owners to issue a decision and ultimately a final approval - Strive to provide a positive customer experience every time - Provide timely feedback to management on new features, products, or processes that could potentially increase customer engagement and result in higher conversion rates - Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Qualifications - 2+ years of sales and/or call center experience in mortgage, financial services, HVAC, solar, energy efficiency and/or home improvement industries, or similar - Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Gmail, Mac OS and/or PC - Excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively manage various responsibilities simultaneously - Comfortable in a startup environment
