• Coordinate and email daily project schedules between painting crews, building management, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion • Communicate with property managers, contractors, and on-site supervisors to confirm schedules and site appointments • Assist in translating notes from the field of work completed into written summaries to send to building managers for approval • Maintain accurate records of project timelines and crew assignments in company systems • Assist in scheduling projects and assigning crews based on their experience and history working at the various locations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scheduling Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar operations role
- C-level written and verbal English and communication skills (for client and team coordination)
- Experience with translation English Spanish
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and scheduling
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time EST
