Role Description The Force Protection Division is looking for a Project Manager to support the Program Manager by leading subcontractor management, supplier execution, and day-to-day project controls for the Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Increased Access OTA Prototype. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting subcontractor cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the prototype lifecycle. The Project Manager serves as the primary interface between Leidos functional teams, industry partners, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management to ensure subcontractors are placed under contract on schedule and successfully deliver their contractual commitments. The Project Manager works across multiple internal and external organizations to maintain execution alignment, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure subcontractor performance supports overall program objectives.
