Role Description We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent for digital commerce businesses in the U.S. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including commercial, marketing, operations, and technical roles. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure—while partnering closely with clients to ensure successful, business-aligned hires. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at identifying and engaging top e-commerce talent, this role is for you. - Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies. - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles (e.g., Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, Customer Experience). - Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset. - Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health. - Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies. - Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles. - Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously. - Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders. - Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus). - Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).
