Role Description The Vice President, Field Deployment is responsible for the overall strategy, financial performance, operational execution, and growth of Zones' Field Deployment business. This executive leader owns the end-to-end delivery organization, including the Field Delivery organization, Field Management Office (FMO), Field Technicians, and large-scale customer deployment engagements. The role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service innovation. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, the VP of Field Deployment is responsible for building a scalable, high-performing delivery organization capable of executing complex national and global deployment programs while maintaining best-in-class customer outcomes. This role requires up to 25% travel.
