Senior Account Manager

Freelance Latin America

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. - Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client presentations. - Manage day-to-day account communications and operational priorities. - Coordinate internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. - Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development, and digital marketing initiatives. - Identify risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to implement effective solutions. - Maintain accurate project documentation and account records using project management tools. - Develop strategic account growth plans and review business opportunities with clients regularly. - Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services to support long-term business growth. - Represent the organization professionally in every client interaction.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple mid-to-large client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic advertising (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO strategies.
  • Perform creative development and basic marketing automation.
  • Experience advising on web development and landing page optimization projects.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with performance creative strategy and creative testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Experience supporting clients in highly competitive or regulated industries such as e-commerce, legal services, or consumer products.
