Role Description A business analyst supports product owners and bridges business needs and delivery teams by translating priorities into requirements, providing context, and ensuring solutions align with business goals. The IT Business Analyst for our Commercial & Sales Enablement – Salesforce team will combine business analysis and Salesforce expertise to translate business needs into effective, data-driven technology solutions that improve processes and deliver value. This role requires a mix of technical and nontechnical skills including strong business process knowledge and an understanding of Salesforce and related systems.
