• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles across our European programmes (UAS, C-UAS, autonomy, embedded systems, flight test) • Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities, conferences, and competitor mapping • Craft outreach that actually gets answered personalised, technically credible, and tuned to defence-sector sensitivities • Pre-qualify candidates on right-to-work, and clearance eligibility before handover to the TABP • Run structured talent mapping exercises (target companies, university clusters, competition circuits) and present findings to recruiters and hiring managers • Maintain clean pipeline data in our ATS (Personio) and report on sourcing funnel metrics response rates, conversion, channel performance • Partner with TABPs and hiring managers on intake to translate role requirements into searchable candidate profiles • Continuously test new channels, tools, and messaging to improve outreach performance

• Act as the primary interface with the Naval Authority and international regulators. • Interpret and apply complex standards across different jurisdictions. • Stay ahead of shifting international standards to ensure long-term alignment of our autonomous platforms. • Establish and lead the framework for proving system integrity from day one. • Develop the Software Integrity Policy (SIP) to satisfy Naval Authority and IMO requirements. • Oversee validation and verification (V&V) processes specifically geared toward autonomous control systems.

• Develop embedded/back-end software modules for UAV systems • Implement ROS2 nodes, interfaces, and integration logic • Work on embedded Linux platforms and support hardware bring-up • Debug issues across software, firmware, and hardware boundaries • Support system testing and validation with hardware-in-the-loop in real life • Collaborate with Autonomy, Flight Controls, and Hardware teams • Contribute to clean, reliable code and clear documentation

• Support in classified information protection: You actively support the daily implementation of the Classified Information Protection Manual (GHB) and assist the Security Officer (SiBe) with administrative and organizational tasks. • Security clearances: You handle the administrative preparation, coordination, and documentation of security clearance procedures (SÜG) for employees. • Training & briefings: You organize, conduct, and document security briefings and training sessions for employees. • Classified material & access management: You support the management of classified materials (VS) and help administer access permissions. • Audit support: You assist in preparing and following up on internal audits, as well as documenting and handling security-related incidents. • Documentation & administration: You carefully maintain security-related documentation and databases and support general administrative tasks in corporate security.

• Spearhead the testing, evaluation, and operational deployment of Unmanned Surface Vessels • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for USV hardware, software, and autonomous behaviors • Act as the primary Lead Operator/Mission Commander for complex uncrewed missions • Identify system bugs or performance gaps; provide detailed technical feedback and "lessons learned" reports • Oversee complex LARS (Launch and Recovery Systems) operations • Ensure all test activities comply with UK maritime regulations (MCA/COLREGs) and site-specific environmental permits • Supervise and train Junior Operators, establishing "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) • Oversee high-level vessel husbandry, including propulsion troubleshooting and mission-readiness audits • Act as the technical point of contact for port authorities and external clients during trials and demonstrations
