• Support the payroll process by preparing and verifying employee data. • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. • Assist in maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation. • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. • Process payroll data including hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. • Verify and reconcile payroll information to ensure accuracy before submission. • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system. • Assist with payroll audits and prepare reports as needed. • Coordinate with HR to track employee leave, benefits, and changes affecting payroll. • Support month-end and year-end payroll closing activities. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred.
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a related administrative role is a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Role Description The Payroll Specialist uses specialized knowledge to perform activities related to timely and accurately prepare, process, audit and reconcile multi-site, multi cycled, multi-currency domestic and international $1B payroll for over 40,000 employees. Partners with internal and external customers to resolve wages, deductions and banking inquiries and variances.
