• Provide personal and reliable support to our exhibitors, partners and speakers — from event preparation through post-event follow-up. • Conduct friendly and professional phone calls with existing customers and assist with ticket sales. • Communicate via email and ensure no inquiry goes unanswered. • Prepare summaries and weekly reports to help our team keep an overview. • Support organizational and administrative tasks and carry out independent research (e.g., hotels, restaurants or price comparisons). • Gain hands-on experience in areas such as email marketing and social media content.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d)
  • Ideally some initial experience in customer support or communications
  • Optional: basic experience with common content design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Ability to think and act proactively
  • Solution-oriented attitude
