Fundraise Up
• Own internal company events as end-to-end projects, from planning to execution. • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies. • Coordinate with stakeholders across People, Marketing, Leadership, Operations, and other teams. • Ensure every event has clear goals, scope, budget, timeline, owners, and success criteria. • Track risks, blockers, and open questions, and proactively drive them to resolution. • Keep all stakeholders informed about project status, next steps, and changes. • Support planning and execution of internal company events, team meetups, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide activities. • Partner with the team on swag, entertainment, internal content, competitions, and employee experience projects. • Own annual Company Offsite. • Help maintain a clear annual event calendar and ensure the team has visibility into upcoming priorities. • Provide support for travel-related requests during US working hours. • Cover urgent travel approvals and stakeholder questions outside European working hours. • Ensure travel-related requests connected to events are handled quickly and clearly. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on swag-related needs for events and employee initiatives. • Support internal communications around events, employee experience projects, and company initiatives. • Ensure communication is clear, timely, and aligned with the project plan. • Work with AI tools and AI agents to improve project management, documentation, tracking, and operational workflows. • Manage AI-assisted workflows while ensuring human oversight, quality, and accountability. • Help the team work faster by improving processes, templates, and systems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, events, people experience, or a similar role
- Strong experience owning complex cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Experience working in fast-paced tech companies or remote/distributed teams
- Ability to work with ambiguity, changing priorities, and tight timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high ownership
- Fluent English and Russian skills are required for collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work US-aligned hours, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM CET
