• Betreuung der Aussteller, Partner und Speaker persönlich und zuverlässig von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung des Events • freundliche und professionelle Telefonate mit Bestandskunden, Unterstützung beim Ticketverkauf • Kommunikation per E-Mail, Sicherstellen, dass keine Anfrage unbeantwortet bleibt • Erstellen von Zusammenfassungen und wöchentlichen Auswertungen • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten, eigenständige Recherchen (z.B. zu Hotels, Restaurants, Preisvergleichen) • spannende Einblicke in Bereiche wie E-Mail-Marketing und Social Media Content

• Manage the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis and job posting through to hiring • Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels (Active Sourcing, job boards, networks) • Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and perform pre-selections together with hiring teams • Guide candidates through the entire application process to ensure a positive candidate experience • Advise hiring managers on recruiting-related matters and develop sourcing strategies • Build talent pools and maintain relationships with potential candidates • Analyze recruiting metrics and derive measures to optimize processes • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and the ongoing development of the recruiting strategy • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, business units, marketing)

• Expand and operate our asynchronous event system (queues, jobs, retry strategies, monitoring) • Implement business workflows (e.g., reminder chains, status changes, tasks) • Robust endpoints, secure secrets/signatures, simple admin views • Solid tests (unit/integration) and meaningful logging • Close collaboration with the team, clean handovers & documentation

• Campaign strategy & setup following funnel logic (TOFU/BOFU): objectives (lead generation + brand building), budgets, naming conventions, audiences (broad/interests/lookalikes/remarketing), placements. • Tracking & data setup: Conversions API / pixels, GA4 + GTM, UTM parameters; clean CRM mapping. • KPI management across both platforms: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS — including budget shifts, consolidation vs. diversification. • Testing & proactive involvement in iterating creatives (hooks, angles, formats; first-3-seconds / thumb-stoppers). • Client onboarding (accesses, expectation management, ramp-up, test roadmap) and close collaboration with Client Services, Media Creation, and Tech teams. • Quality assurance: pre-flight QA (events, target/optimization event, UTM, landing page reachability), daily monitoring, weekly reviews. • People & process (team lead perspective): sparring, prioritization, review/QA, expanding playbooks, checklists & templates.

• Campaign strategy and setup following funnel logic • Assist with setup of Conversions API/Pixels, GA4 + GTM, and UTM parameters • KPI management on Meta & Google: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS • Testing and creative iteration • Support client onboarding • Quality assurance in day-to-day operations • Growth path toward Senior/Lead roles
