• Manage Google Ads end-to-end (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) • Step into a fast-moving account and own the strategy from day one • Drive paid acquisition for our subscription-based eCommerce brands (Paleovalley & Wild Pastures) • Hit efficiency targets (CPA, ROAS, MER) while maintaining scale across all campaign types • Leverage data (GA4, Mixpanel, Haus) to evaluate true performance and guide budget allocation • Translate insights into actionable creative briefs for designers and creators; refine keywords • Diagnose & Turnaround underperforming metrics quickly • Collaborate effectively with our team, providing approximately four hours of overlap with our Mountain Time team (typically between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM MT)

Job Requirements

  • Google Ads Mastery: Deep proficiency in Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube with 3+ years of experience
  • Agile Execution: Ability to jump into a new, fast-paced account and hit the ground running
  • Subscription Expertise: Proven experience in subscription eCommerce—you know the unique dynamics vs. one-time purchases
  • High-Budget Track Record: Proven history managing significant monthly ad spend while crushing CPA, ROAS, or MER targets
  • Experience with third-party data measurement and attribution tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Haus (or similar) to guide budget optimisation
  • Workflow for analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable briefs for creators and designers, plus search term and keyword refinement
  • Brownie points for: Food, wellness or DTC experience, Experience with AI-driven campaign optimisation, Merchant Center expertise, Experience in high-growth eCommerce brands, Creative testing experience, Interest in health, nutrition or regenerative agriculture
