Role Description Howard Financial Services LLC is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help shape how the firm shows up externally and internally. This is a hands-on, early/mid-career role for someone who loves making things look good and work well, from LinkedIn posts and blog graphics to the UI of internal tools. You'll also get exposure to paid ads strategy and cross-functional design decisions, making this a great fit for someone who wants breadth early in their career. What You Will Do - Creative & Content Production - Design and produce marketing materials for LinkedIn, the company website, blog posts, and other external collateral (one-pagers, decks, social graphics, email templates, etc.) - Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all external-facing materials - Write and edit copy for blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral as needed - Design Input on Internal Tools & Materials - Partner with internal teams to weigh in on design and UI/UX choices for internal applications and dashboards - Create and standardize design and formatting standards across company printed collateral - Offer a design perspective on usability, layout, and visual clarity for internal-facing products - Ads & Growth Support - Assist in building and executing paid advertising strategy, primarily via Google Ads - Help track campaign performance and suggest creative/copy iterations based on results - General Marketing Support - Support ad hoc marketing projects and campaigns as they arise - Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and relevant tools Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in a creative, graphic design, or marketing role - Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) - Hands-on experience with Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, reporting) - Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, resource-lean environment; comfortable wearing multiple hats - Strong eye for visual design, typography, and brand consistency - Excellent written communication skills - Self-starter who can manage multiple projects with minimal oversight Bonus Points - High comfort level with AI tools (e.g., using generative AI for content drafts, image generation, workflow efficiency) - Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles - Familiarity with AdWords and campaign marketing - Video editing or motion graphics experience
