• Assign and maintain administrative code set mappings (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT4, HCPCS) for interface terminology in accordance with production and release schedules. • Maintain content in accordance with code set updates and adhere to nationally recognized authoritative coding guidelines. • Support product release schedules, including resolving identified mapping issues. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in initial mapping and QA processes across multiple code sets. • Identify potential areas for map improvement and manage complex customer inquiries and related calls. • Participate in tool testing and support complex release-related tasks. • Provide mentorship and support to developing team members. • Develop clear editorial content with appropriate examples and manage the editorial process. • Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle and health information management matters on cross-functional team across IMO Health.

• Review unmatched repayment summaries, get to the root cause, and decide what needs attention first • Reach out directly to partners and employers to resolve issues, keeping Customer Success and Partner Success teams looped in • Identify patterns across clients and partners, and share results with the teams who can act on it • Own month end recovery reporting, including tracking down what's missing and who to contact • Contribute estimates and context to support financial close • Handle simple bank reconciliation on incoming and outgoing accounts • Put together a monthly summary of aged accounts receivable • Flag where matching logic is breaking down and work with our systems owner to test fixes

Role Description This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, FL, GA, NC, and TX. This position is responsible for providing governance, analysis, and oversight of IT hardware, software, and business applications that have reached or are approaching end of life (EOL). Through a more hands-on engagement model, the Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst partners closely with technology owners and cross-functional stakeholders to: - Identify EOL risks - Track remediation plans - Validate extended support - Drive the timely resolution of aging assets The role proactively reviews remediation progress, challenges barriers to execution, and escalates risks when necessary to accelerate outcomes. The analyst collaborates with ITAM partners, including Patch Management, Infrastructure & Engineering, and other technology teams to remediate EOL assets and reduce operational risk. Additionally, the Senior ITAM Analyst analyzes complex asset data, develops reporting and metrics, supports process improvements, and provides guidance on EOL governance, compliance, and remediation best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management or GED and 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management. Requirements - IT Asset Management experience, including knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and/or Configuration Management modules. - Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the prioritization of multiple tasks. - Strong analytical skills, including a keen attention to detail, ability to identify and interpret data trends, and ability to identify and drive continuous improvements. - Experience working in an agile environment; experience with Jira is a plus. - Familiarity with FFIEC and ITAM frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT is a plus.
