• Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive new business growth and increase engagement with health tech clients. • Support the achievement of sales targets and provide accurate forecasts, opportunity updates, and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with our Health Tech Sales Team. • Monitor and report on product adoption, utilization, and client engagement to track success and identify opportunities for improvement. • Analyze market trends, client workflows, and research challenges to articulate product ROI and scientific or operational impact. • Create tailored product value analyses and ROI models for health tech clients based on a deep understanding of clinical, billing, and data workflows across healthcare platforms. • Recommend market segmentation and account strategies informed by product expertise and healthcare industry knowledge. • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to execute targeted campaigns and go-to-market initiatives. • Provide guidance on best practices and support sales enablement through product training for the Health Tech Sales Team. • Facilitate offer and contract discussions to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives. • Support early adopter clients by offering recommendations and guidance for successful implementation and integration of IMO Health solutions. • Gather and share client feedback to inform product development, commercialization, and cross-functional strategies. • Participate in all phases of product development to ensure alignment with health tech market needs. • Develop playbooks and enablement materials to drive rapid product adoption and maximize client value. • Deliver product briefings and subject matter expert-level presentations to educate and empower internal and external stakeholders.

Focus on expanding the customer base and addressing market needs. • Client Engagement: Create and implement detailed client engagement plans with specific objectives for all interactions, including calls and meetings, to build strong relationships and drive sales. • Sales Presentations and Collateral: Design and deliver impactful sales presentations and develop high-quality collateral that effectively communicates the value of IMO’s solutions. • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of opportunities through the sales cycle. • Forecasting and Reporting: Own and maintain accurate business forecasts, providing clear visibility and predictability to sales leadership for effective decision-making.
• Ensure that life sciences engagements deliver clear customer value during pilot programs and early-stage deployments. • Bridge the pre-sales and post-sale phases of client engagements. • Work closely with Client Executives, Solution owners, and the Customer Success team to help design solutions, coordinate pilot execution, and support successful outcomes. • Support pilot programs related to Precision Patient Identification (PPI) and other terminology-driven solutions supporting clinical research, real-world evidence, and commercial analytics.
• Own the full ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and retirement. • Transition AI/ML models from prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems. • Build, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and reliability. • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) for training, inference, and monitoring of AI models. • Automate repetitive ML lifecycle tasks to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability in retraining and deployment workflows. • Integrate large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and NLP solutions into IMO Health’s Clinical AI products, focusing on unstructured clinical data. • Develop scalable inference pipelines and APIs to deliver AI capabilities to customer-facing solutions. • Apply containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code to manage production environments. • Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards to ensure model quality, detect drift, and maintain operational SLAs. • Optimize deployed models for latency, throughput, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Participate in system design and architecture discussions, providing expertise in MLOps and AI deployment best practices. • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with product and business goals.

• Serve as a technical resource in semantic web development on cross-skilled clinical, content, and data teams as we develop meaningful data relationship experiences. • Design and write quality source code for data pipelines and services, including detailed documentation of design and implementation. • Implement and maintain the deployment of semantic services using containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud orchestration platforms like Amazon ECS. Contribute to and maintain automated deployment, testing, and integration activities utilizing robust CI/CD pipelines. • Work together with the product owner to break down features into actionable user stories and technical tasks. • Utilize existing taxonomies and ontologies applicable to our work.
