• Act as a partner to the business and technology units to drive productivity and efficiency initiatives. • Analyze team performance, quality, and capacity metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop organizational diagnostics related to productivity, workflow, and agile maturity. • Support leaders in defining and tracking indicators, targets, and action plans. • Identify and promote opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve operational efficiency. • Conduct studies and analyses using data from development and collaboration tools. • Build dashboards, executive reports, and presentations for different levels of the organization. • Support organizational transformation, productivity, and continuous improvement programs. • Promote and disseminate best practices in agility, data-driven management, and innovation. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to remove organizational bottlenecks and accelerate results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
  • Basic English.
  • Experience in Organizational Agility, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing performance indicators and metrics.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, or equivalents).
  • Experience with generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
  • Ability to prepare executive reports and present results to leadership.
