• Coordinate logistics, booth assets, shipping, and vendor requirements for 3–4 industry conferences. • Plan and execute a dedicated customer conference and a high-profile cocktail party in Denver. Manage venue logistics, catering, AV, and attendee experience. • Establish and maintain the master event timeline. Proactively manage internal stakeholders (including marketing leadership) by setting deadlines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content/promotional tasks stay on schedule. • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with venues and vendors while tracking strict event budgets.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional event planning experience in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of managing multi-day conferences and high-end evening networking events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive management style; comfortable managing up to ensure leadership meets content and promotional deadlines.
- Ability to commit to a remote contract through October 2026, with guaranteed availability for on-site travel to Denver from October 9–13.
