As a Healthcare Recruiter on our sourcing team, you will: - Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare candidates across various specialties to build robust talent pipelines. - Work remotely and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified healthcare candidates for open roles. Key Responsibilities - Source qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and databases. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and experience levels. - Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess basic qualifications and role fit. - Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates to gauge interest and availability. - Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools to identify hard-to-find healthcare talent. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. - Track and report sourcing metrics, including candidate pipeline volume and quality. Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. - Proficiency with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms. - Reliable internet access and a home office setup suitable for remote work. Preferred Qualifications - Experience sourcing for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, administrative). - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. - Background in high-volume or agency-style recruiting. - Understanding of healthcare licensing and credentialing requirements. Technical Skills - Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques. - LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms. - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Job board platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). - Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. - CRM and database management tools.
