Role Description We are looking to hire a Part-time or Full-time recruiters to help our busy recruiting, sales and marketing office to develop our business to the next level. It is very sales orientated. The key aim of the role is to help our office achieve monthly targets to meet the needs of the business while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients alike. Key Accountabilities - Help our recruiters develop our presence in the local Aerospace market by using sales, business development, innovative marketing techniques using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging, etc., and networking in order to attract business from client companies. - Work towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed as part of an integrated team. - Advertise vacancies appropriately by placing adverts in a wide range of media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. - Build relationships with clients and optimize opportunities to promote Keltia areas of expertise. - Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment. - Use candidate databases to find the right person for the client's vacancy. - Receive and review applications, manage interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates. - Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. - Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question. - Prepare resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. - Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client. - Inform candidates about the results of their interviews. - Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates. - Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression. - Create contacts within the industry. - Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings. - Maintain contact with possible high potential current and future candidates.
